Precision Water USA Repair Center charges $65 to inspect the machine, give a preliminary diagnosis and provide a work estimate. This work estimate will be communicated to the customer prior to performing any additional work. The Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from the Precision Water USA Repair Center. Before sending any products into the service center, complete this form and await approval to ship your carefully packaged and insured distiller items. Precision Water USA is NOT responsible for shipping damage. Precision Water USA Repair Center will return your products in the same packaging that it was received in. If your packaging is not deemed good enough, or if the Customer requests new packaging, Precision Water USA Repair Center will repackage the machine, which will result in additional fees to the Customer.
